Kirill Philippov is a co-founder of SPB TV and has been the CEO of the company since 2007.
Kirill has over 20 years of strategic development and management experience in finance, broadcasting and telecommunication business. Kirill worked in the UK, Canadian, Russian and Swiss companies.
Kirill holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics in Mathematical Cybernetics from the St. Petersburg State University.
Chief Operations Officer
Since 2011, Fedor Ezhov is a COO at SPB TV, overseeing company’s worldwide production and operations as well as monitoring SPB TV implementation into the Russian and international markets.
Before being named SPB TV COO, Fedor was leading mobile TV division at SPB Software, the SPB TV’s sister company till October 2011. Fedor joined SPB Software in 2006 as a Product Manager, responsible for establishing new products and business development division. Prior to SPB Software, Fedor worked as a Program Manager at Quest Software.
Fedor has graduated with a master’s degree in Computer Science from Saint-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University.
Corporate Development, Co-Founder
Sebastian-Justus Schmidt is a Co-founder of SPB TV together with CEO Kirill Philippov. He is responsible for Corporate Development and overseeing the expansion of SPB TV in South-East Asia, Middle East and other BRICS countries. Sebastian is also heading CNX Creative Ltd., part of SPB TV Group, in Chiang Mai as a Managing Director.
Prior to joining SPB TV in February 2013, Sebastian served as Executive Vice President at Yandex. Sebastian has also been CEO at SPB Software for almost a decade. Before that he had occupied C-level positions for Media-Software companies in Germany.
Sebastian has an extensive experience in IT management, having worked on leading positions in the European broadcasting, video and picture compression companies. Sebastian is the founding member of the DVDA (Germany) and joined the DVD-Forum (Japan) in 2007. He worked with the Chamber of Commerce in Hamburg and several IT Organizations, including Bitkom in Germany.
