To ensure the cost effective and fast to market solution, with reduced deployment and operational costs, SPB TV has provided a turn-key mobile TV service, powered by SPB TV Media Platform and enhanced with the award-winning SPB TV client solution.

The solution combined advanced infrastructure including content ingestion, live and on-demand video delivery, access and authentication control and hosting, with white-label client-side software, optimized for multiplatform devices.

SPB TV has specially designed a user-interface of velcom 3G TV client-side applications that would follow all Velcom branding requirements, and ensured the same rich user-experience on all major mobile operating systems: Android, bada, iOS, Symbian and Windows Phone. The velcom 3G TV multiplatform clients support must-have mobile TV features, such as fast channel preview, picture-in-picture mode, EPG, and "transparent" on-screen controls that allow subscribers easily adjust settings while watching TV.
