Tele2 TV is mobile television created for an alternative federal telecom operator in Russia. This project implements all of SPB TV’s latest developments in Internet mobile TV broadcasting and playback.

Since 2003, Tele2 has acquired the status of a Russian federal operator and now serves 31 million people in more than 60 regions of the country. The product portfolio of Tele2 includes both products for individuals and for small- and medium-sized businesses.

In 2014, Tele2 launched 3G and 4G high-speed data networks in several major regions. The core mission of Tele2 is to provide its users with the high-quality services at the lowest possible price. In line with this vision, the Tele2 company sought the best and most cost-effective solution for mobile TV and a technology partner that could help to implement the service at the highest level.

The service is available only on the territory of Russia and only for the Tele2 subscribers.
