Dmitry Teplyakov

Chief legal officer

Dmitry is a graduate of Russian Foreign Trade Academy of the Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

He is experienced in intellectual property law, licensing, international private and public law. As well, he consulted leading Russian industrial companies and international foundations.

Since 2012 Dmitry is the Chief Legal Officer of SPB TV, dealing with all legal matters of group of companies. His main task in within this office is to provide legal support for the activities of the SPB TV group in all areas, including corporate, regulatory and business aspects.
