Based on years of experience in developing software for content broadcasting and attracting leading experts in hardware, SPB TV is successfully entering the market of large screens with its own software and hardware solution SPB TV Home M2. This is the first certified Android TV set top box of the Russian production. The solution was created "from scratch" and has 2 international patents. The product development strategy assumes both the attraction of new b2b and b2c customers, and the transition of existing mobile users to the consumption of high-quality content on a large screen.
The set top box is based on the latest generation multimedia chip AmLogic S905X. AmLogic and SPB TV are strategic partners. To date, only two officially certified set top boxes implemented on the AmLogic S905X are on the world market.
