Belarus, August 24 - SPB TV, a leading global provider of end-to-end OTT TV, IPTV and mobile TV solutions and velcom company, one of Belarus' largest telecom providers, announced the relaunch of the voka TV service with a new interface and on a new technological platform, as well as support for an increased number of devices.
Voka TV was launched on the new SPB TV Rosing platform, which provides for the quick launch of any OTT and IPTV service and the customization of design and functionality. The revamped service received an improved interface in the operator's corporate style. The improvements increased the number of platforms on which it is available as well. Not only users of Android devices can now watch content through voka TV, but also PC owners.

Voka TV service is available to the operator's subscribers on all Internet networks, and combines both live (more than 50 TV channels, divided into various categories) and VOD content (a film and series library, online cinema Megogo and a cartoons archive).
The service is available not only to big-city citizens, but also to people in the countryside through velcom's 3G network, which now covers more than 70 percent of Belarus' territory and by the end of the year will cover 97 percent of the country. The mobile operator will not charge for TV traffic.
