Comnews Awards: Best Digital Entertainment Solution
On November 20, the ComNews Awards 2020: Digital Technologies Against COVID-19 Award Ceremony took place in Moscow. This year, awards were given to Russian IT projects that have helped areas in the face of a pandemic - health care, education, finance and others.
SPB TV and Roskino were awarded the Best Digital Entertainment Solution (TV and Media) award for a platform for an international online content market. Roskino organized this forum, and SPB TV specialists provided a technological solution.
Despite the fact that modern technologies have made it possible to maintain business communication: to make calls, exchange documents, sign contracts, more complex formats turned out to be difficult to implement. This was especially acutely reflected in conferences and events.
One of them was the event for promoting content on the international market. The event for key buyers, which is held by the Roskino market under the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Moscow Government.
In 2019, the conference was held "physically", but due to the pandemic, a new approach was required.
The first is the first event of this kind, there was no ready-made technical solution for it.
An environment for storing and displaying video content, a platform for managing participants and additional tools for communicating and holding events for participants were the SPB TV team in a record time of 2 months.
